Butter Garlic Rice

前幾天在 Manhattan Fish Market
點了 Garlic Herb Rice 給小瓜吃
他很喜歡
所以昨天的晚餐我就嘗試用我自己的方式煮看看
雖然味道不及外面賣的
但對於第一次嘗試煮的我來說 算是不錯了 🤣
而且侒侒也吃了不少 ✌️
在煮的時候,爸比說好香哦



材料:(以下材料約1人份)
金桶無鹽奶油 10g
蒜蓉 3~4 瓣 
Mixed Herb 少許
生米1/4杯
胡蘿蔔絲 

調味料:(
粉紅鹽 少許 (可免)(一歲以上)
自製雞精調味粉 2小匙 (可免)

做法:
1)熱鍋,轉中小火,加入無鹽奶油至融化,再加入蒜蓉炒至有香味
2)加入胡蘿蔔絲翻炒一下,再加入生米翻炒約2分鐘即可熄火
3)把炒好的米放入飯鍋內,加入mixed herb,調味料和適量的水,攪拌均勻
4)最後按煮飯功能即可完成

Ingredients: (For 1 pax)
Golden Churn Unsalted Butter 10g
Minced Garlic 3~4 cloves
A pinch of Mixed Herb
Rice 1/4 cup
Sliced Carrot

Seasoning:
A pinch of Pink Salt (Optional, for 1 year old and above)
Homemade Chicken Stock Powder 2 teaspoons (Optional)

Instruction:
1) Heat fry pan, switch to medium-low heat, add unsalted butter, wait until it melted. Add minced garlic and stir fry until fragrant
2) Add sliced carrot, stir fry for a while, add rice and continue to stir fry for 2 mins. Switch off the heat.
3) Transfer the rice to rice cooker, add mixed herb, seasonings and water, mix well
4) Lastly, press cook rice function and done.


材料準備

將炒好的米放入飯鍋內

加入適量的水,按照正常
程序煮飯即可

完成
