寶寶版蘇打餅
Baby Version Crackers

材料:(約10片)
無鹽奶油 15g 
低筋麵粉 50g
速發酵母 1g
水 17g~20g
細砂糖/有機蔗糖 2g

1)室溫軟化無鹽奶油
2)低粉和糖混合後,加入軟化的奶油,用打蛋器攪拌均勻 
3)加入水和速發酵母,用手攪拌成不黏手的麵團
4)用手掌把麵團壓扁,用保鮮膜包起來放入冰箱冷藏30分鐘
5)預熱烤箱 170度
6)把麵團放在烘培紙上, 保鮮膜覆蓋麵團, 用擀麵棍把麵團擀成0.5~1cm的厚度,再用切面刀切成長方形/正方形
7)用叉在上面戳洞,放入預熱烤箱,烤170度15分鐘即可

Unsalted Butter 15g
Hong Kong Flour/Cake Flour 50g
Instant Yeast 1g
Water 17g~20g
Caster Sugar/Organic Cane Sugar 2g

1) Soften unsalted butter in room temperature
2) Mix and combine the flour and sugar, add softened butter, whisk them with egg beater
3) Add water and instant yeast, knead the dough with hand, until non-sticky dough
4) Flatten the dough with palm, wrap the dough with cling wrap and put into fridge for 30 mins
5) Preheat the oven at 170 degree
6) Place the dough on baking paper, cover the dough with cling wrap, and roll the dough with rolling pin to a thickness at 0.5~1 cm, cut the dough into rectangle/square shape with dough scraper
7) Use a fork to make tiny holes on dough, send into a preheated oven, bake 170 deg 15 mins and done.
