原味馬芬蛋糕
Original Flavour Muffin

好久沒有做蛋糕了
感覺生疏了許多 😄
今天用的食譜是一位廚師朋友給的
成品很香
侒侒很喜歡吃 😉

我沒加餡料
因為兒子不喜歡
加奶油餡,蘋果餡,香蕉,藍莓都可以哦

材料:
金桶無鹽奶油 100g
細砂糖 120g
全蛋 2粒
鮮奶 120ml
低筋麵粉 250g
無鋁泡打粉 5g
鹽 少許 (可免)

做法:
1)無鹽奶油+糖用打蛋器打發至乳白色
2)全蛋分次加入攪拌
3)加入過篩的低筋麵粉,無鋁泡打粉和鹽,用刮刀拌勻
4)加入鮮奶拌勻
5)把麵糊倒入紙杯模至7~8分滿 
(如果要放餡料的話,先把麵糊裝入紙杯模中1/3滿,加入餡料,再加入麵糊至7~8分滿)
6)放入預熱烤箱,烤180度25~30分鐘即可

Ingredients:
Golden Churn Unsalted Butter 100g
Caster Sugar 120g
Egg 2 pcs
Fresh Milk 120ml
Cake Flour 250g
Aluminium Free Baking Powder 5g
A pinch of Salt (optional)

Instruction:
1) Whisk the unsalted butter + sugar with egg beater until milk white color
2) Add egg separately and mix well
3) Add sifted cake flour, baking powder and salt, mix well with spatula
4) Add fresh milk, mix well
5) Pour batter into cupcake mould
(If you want to add fillings, add batter into cupcake mould about 1/3, add fillings, then add batter again)
6) Send into preheated oven, bake at 180 degree for 25~30 mins.
