Ikan Bilis (Anchovies) Soup Stock


江魚仔高湯

#適合10個月以上

材料:
江魚仔 Ikan Bilis
蒜頭辦 Garlic Cloves
清水 Water

*數量隨意 Random Quantity* 

1)江魚仔去頭去內臟,用清水沖洗幾遍,放入過濾袋備用
Remove the head and the entrails, clean and soak in water several times, put into filter bag and set aside

2)蒜頭去衣拍扁,放入過濾袋備用
Remove the skin of garlic, and smack them with knife, put into filter bag and set aside

3)將一鍋水煮滾,加入江魚仔和蒜頭辦,再煮滾後,轉小火煮45分鐘即可熄火
Cook a pot of boiling water, add ikan bilis and garlic cloves; once the water boiling again, switch to low heat and cook for another 45 mins

4)將過濾袋取出即可使用
Remove the filter bag from the soup and ready to serve

丟回昨天煮的江魚仔高湯
因為晚上要煮Zapalang
像吃火鍋般
所以煮江魚仔高湯來搭配其它的料
老實說江魚仔要吃下去才會吃到鈣質
但是這鍋湯煮好後,江魚仔我就丟掉了
