Baked Tonkatsu
日式烤豬排

材料:

梅肉
雞蛋
麵粉
有機咖哩粉
麻油
自製雞粉
自製香菇粉
粉紅鹽可免)
麵包糠
橄欖油
1)梅肉去除多餘脂肪後,用刀背拍鬆拍扁
2)加入1湯匙麻油和少許粉紅鹽,灑上適量的自製雞粉和香菇粉,塗抹均勻,備用
3)將麵包糠倒入平底鍋,加入少許橄欖油,用中小火炒至麵包糠金黃色後,取出待涼
4)麵粉和咖哩粉混合均勻,讓豬肉裹上麵粉
5)雞蛋打散,再讓豬肉裹上蛋液,最後裹上炒過的麵包糠
6)將豬排放到烤盤上,用200度烤20分鐘(10分鐘後可翻面)
7)最後再把烤好的豬排切開即可享用

Homemade Chicken Stock Powder
Homemade Mushroom Powder
Pink Salt
Bread Crumbs

1) Remove the extra fat from the pork chop, flatten the pork chop with the back of knife
2) Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil, sprinkle some pink salt, homemade chicken stock powder and mushroom powder, mix well and set aside
3) Add a little olive oil into fry pan, stir fry the bread crumbs with medium low heat until golden, remove them from fry pan and set aside
4) Mix and combine the plain flour and organic curry powder, coated the pork chop with the flour mixture
5) Whisk the egg, coated the pork chop with beaten egg, and coated with fried bread crumbs
6) Place the pork chop on the bake tray, bake at 200 degree for 20 mins (Flip to another side after 10 mins)
7) Cut the baked tonkatsu and ready to serve

看到豬排,突然想到很久沒做了
所以就加這道日式料理當晚餐之一
這款做法很簡單
雖然用烤的,但是肉質還是軟嫩
不會乾乾的哦
