蕃茄蘑菇燉飯

Tomato Mushroom Stew Rice


今日午餐 - 蕃茄蘑菇燉飯

#適合1歲以上

材料:

熟飯 Cooked Rice
蕃茄 Tomato
蘿蔔 Carrot
蘑菇 Mushroom
雞蛋 Egg
豬肉碎 Minced Meat
麻油 Sesame Oil
自製大蒜粉 Homemade Garlic Powder
自製雞粉 Homemade Chicken Stock Powder
水/高湯/自製雞粉+水 Water/Soup Stock/Homemade Chicken Stock Powder+Water
橄欖油 Olive Oil

1)豬肉碎和雞蛋,麻油,大蒜粉和雞粉醃製至少1小時
Marinate the minced meat with beaten egg, sesame oil, garlic powder and chicken stock powder for at least 1 hour

2)熱鍋熱油,倒入步驟1翻炒至泛白,加入洋蔥翻炒至有香味
Heat oil in fry pan, add Step 1 and stir fry until semi-cooked, add onion, stir fry until fragrant

3)加入其它蔬菜翻炒一下,再加入水/高湯/自製雞粉+水,淹過食材,蓋上鍋蓋,轉小火燜15分鐘
Add the balance ingredients and stir fry for a while, add water/soup stock/homemade chicken stock powder+water to cover the ingredients, cover the lid, switch to low heat and simmer for 15 mins

4)加入熟飯翻炒均勻,炒至水份收乾即可享用
Add cooked rice and mix well, stir fry them until water dry and ready to serve

今早爸比說我很久沒有做燉飯給侒侒吃
我說因為前陣子侒侒不要吃燜飯類
只要吃白飯
不過今天午餐還是試煮了

肉碎跟自製大蒜粉和雞粉醃製
加上蛋液讓它口感比較順滑
還有蕃茄蘑菇蘿蔔一起煮
燉飯做好很香也很好吃
侒侒吃了幾口
原本我看了很高興
後來他不吃了 😣
不知道是不夠餓還是怎樣
爸比說總比沒吃好
結果這碗是我們大人磕掉了




翻炒蛋液+肉碎至泛白
Stir fry the beaten egg with minced
meat until semi-cooked

加入洋蔥翻炒至有香味
Add onion, stir fry until fragrant

加入其它蔬菜翻炒一下
Add the balance ingredients,
stir fry for a while

加入水/高湯,淹過食材
Add water/soup stock to cover the
ingredients

轉小火
蓋上鍋蓋燜15分鐘
switch to low heat, cover
the lid and simmer for 15 mins

加入熟飯翻炒均勻
Add cooked rice and
mix well

翻炒至水份收乾即可
Stir fry until water dry and
ready to serve
