Banana Ice Cream

香蕉冰淇淋

#有加鮮奶所以適合1歲以上

本來想做香蕉冰棒
但是今天不管怎麼拿
都無法把冰淇淋取出 😅
倒是冰棒的棒子拿出來了
看來只好乖乖用湯匙挖來吃 😂

食譜我是參考喵小廚的
不同的是我先將香蕉分成幾段
然後冷凍1個晚上，取出放入攪拌機
加點鮮奶再攪拌成糊
放入冰棒內再收冷凍庫

Original Recipe:

Mashed the banana, store in freezer for 3 hours at least or overnight.

After the banana is frozen, cut them into few pieces , put in blender and blend into puree. Place them into a container, put back to freezer for 5 hours or overnight and ready to serve.

My method little different with this recipe.

I cut the banana into few pieces first, then put in freezer for overnight. Take out and put in blender, add some fresh milk and blend (like banana milkshake).

Then I put into Popsicle and send back to freezer for overnight.
