Fried Onigiri with Egg

日本珍珠米 Japan Pearl Rice
菠菜 Baby Spinach
蘑菇 White Button Mushroom
胡蘿蔔 Carrot
低鈉日本醬青 Low Sodium Japan Soy Sauce
雞蛋 Egg
橄欖油 Olive Oil
1) 用日本珍珠米煮成熟飯備用
Cook rice and set aside
2) 菠菜,蘑菇切成小丁,胡蘿蔔刨絲
Cut the baby spinach and mushroom into small pieces, grated carrot
3) 熱鍋,加入少許橄欖油翻炒步驟2 (倒入少許低鈉日本醬清在翻炒一下,此步驟可免)
Heat fry pan, add olive oil, stir fry Step 2 (add a dash of low sodium japan soy sauce, optional)
4) 步驟3加入熟飯拌勻,用飯糰模型做成三角形 (要壓緊避免散開)
Add Step 3 into cooked rice, mix well. Shape into triangle
5) 雞蛋打散,將飯糰沾上蛋液
Whisk egg, onigiri coated with beaten egg
6) 熱鍋,加入少許橄欖油,把步驟5用中小火煎
Heat fry pan, add olive oil, fry the onigiri with medium low heat
7) 將剩餘的蛋液倒在飯糰上,再煎熟即可
Pour the balance beaten egg on onigiri and fry until cooked.

侒侒今天看到就要吃
而且吃很快,好像倉鼠吃東西的樣子
好久沒看到他吃那麼多 吃那麼快
裡面有菠菜 蘑菇 和胡蘿蔔
侒侒看到菜菜竟然沒有拒絕吃它

Hi, would like to ask how to make the rice sticky? i am also using japanese rice but it can't stick well. anything that we have to add to the rice ? thanks.
ReplyDeletehi mummy, you have to press tight when u put the rice into mould. let the rice all stick together.
