自製西式雞湯

Homemade Chicken Soup Stock


自製西式雞湯 

#適合10個月以上

材料:
雞 半隻 Chicken Half pc
胡蘿蔔 2根 Carrot 2 pcs
芹菜 2根 Celery 2 pcs
黃洋蔥 1粒 Brown Onion 1 pc
新鮮巴西利葉子 5束 Fresh Parsley 5 sprigs 
蒜頭 8小顆 Garlic 8 cloves
Mixed Herbs 2 tbsp

1)半隻雞清洗乾淨,取一大鍋將所有食材置入鍋內,加入水蓋過食材
Wash and clean the chicken, place all the ingredients into pot, add enough water to cover all the ingredients

2)開大火煮至水滾,轉小火煮1小時 (表面有浮沫的話就用湯匙取走)
Boil the soup with high heat, once the water is boiling, reduce to low heat and cook for an hour (skim the foam from the surface if any)

3)1小時候將雞湯移至煮飯鍋內,煮3~4小時
Transfer the chicken soup to rice cooker after an hour, let it cook for another 3~4 hours

4)最後過濾取湯,待冷後可以放入冷凍庫收藏 (請在5天內用完)
Strain the soup stock with a colander. Let it cool, and store in freezer for up to 5 days.

今天在超市買了半隻雞
想要煮雞湯
然後我想到一位朋友曾經分享過用飯鍋煲湯
不用看火很方便地說
我先在火爐上煮了1小時
然後再放入飯鍋裡煮3個小時半
湯很入味而且水也沒因為煮太久而被蒸發掉很多
重點是不用一直注意火真的超方便的!
