今日晚餐 - 雞柳
Breaded Chicken Fillet

材料:
雞柳 Chicken Fillet
麻油 Sesame Oil
自製大蒜粉 Homemade Garlic Powder
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
有機咖哩粉 Organic Curry Powder
普通麵粉 Plain Flour
雞蛋 Egg
麵包糠 Bread Crumbs
橄欖油 Olive Oil

1)雞柳跟麻油,大蒜粉和香菇粉醃製至少1小時
Marinate the chicken fillet with sesame oil, garlic powder and mushroom powder for at least 1 hour

2)麵粉和有機咖哩粉混合均勻,雞柳沾上麵粉,再沾上蛋液,最後再沾麵包糠
Mix and combine the plain flour and curry powder, chicken fillet coated with flour mixture, egg and bread crumbs

3)熱鍋,倒入少許橄欖油,用小火煎至兩面金黃色即可
Heat fry pan, add olive oil, fried the chicken with low heat until both side golden and ready to serve.

之前做過類似的
今天除了用煎
也用氣炸鍋來做
兩者的不同就是氣炸鍋做的偏乾
可是味道來說
兩個都好吃 😎
侒侒比較喜歡吃煎的雞柳
因為比較濕潤
