今日午餐 - 乾撈蕃茄拉麵

材料:
有機蕃茄面 Organic Tomato Ramen
豬肉片 Pork Sliced
菜心 Cai Xin
雞蛋 Egg
自製銀魚粉 Homemade Silver Fish Powder
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
自製大蒜粉 Homemade Garlic Powder
橄欖油 Olive Oil
1)熱鍋,倒入少許橄欖油翻炒豬肉片至泛白,再加入菜心翻炒一下
Heat fry pan, add olive oil, stir fry the pork sliced until semi-cooked, add cai xin and stir fry for a while
2)加入蛋液翻炒,加適量的水,待水滾湯後,加入銀魚粉,香菇粉和大蒜粉拌勻,再放入蕃茄面
Add beaten egg, stir fry them; add water and once the water boiling, add silver fish powder, mushroom powder and garlic powder, mix well. Add tomato ramen
3)煮至蕃茄面軟化後,持續翻炒之水收乾即可享用
Cook the tomato ramen until tender, keep stir fry until water dry and ready to serve

湯底用自製銀魚粉,香菇粉和大蒜粉煮的
配上豬肉片,青菜和雞蛋
完全沒有加其他的調味料
煮好味道很香很好吃唷
