自製薑粉

Homemade Ginger Powder



材料:
生薑 Young Ginger

1)先去除姜皮(也可保留),切成片狀, 越薄越好
Remove the skin of ginger (you may wish to keep the skin too), cut into thin slices, as thin as possible

2)平鋪在烤盤上,放入預熱烤箱,烤125度約60分鐘或至干脆即可
Place them on top of bake tray, send into preheated oven, bake at 125 degree for 60 mins or until crispy

3)最後,放入攪拌機內打成粉末即可
Blitz into powder and done

前幾天就已經做好的薑粉
做薑粉的主要目的是我自己要弄姜茶來喝
另一方面在煮食方面也能用
用來醃肉也可以幫忙去腥

生薑的好處很多
1) 排汗降溫
2) 防治腸胃炎
3) 祛風寒
4) 健脾胃
5) 排毒美顏
6) 增加食慾
等等


去皮切成片狀
