Steamed Egg with Rice and Vegetables



今日午餐 - 蔬菜蒸蛋飯

#適合1歲以上

材料:


任意蔬菜肉類 Any vegetables or meat


雞蛋 Egg
熟飯 Cooked Rice
自製大蒜粉 Homemade Garlic Powder
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
自製雞粉 Homemade Chicken Stock Powder
粉紅鹽 (可免)Himalayan Pink Salt (Optional)

1)把所有材料準備好後,白飯鋪在蒸碗的底層,蔬菜肉類放在上面
Once the ingredients are ready, Put the cooked rice into bowl, following by vegetables or meat on top.

2)蛋液加入半碗水,自製雞粉,香菇粉,和大蒜粉和少許粉紅鹽拌勻
Whisk the egg, add half bowl of water, homemade powders & a pinch of Himalayan pink salt

3)把蛋汁淋在上面,將蒸碗放入已燒開水的鍋內,中大火蒸15分鐘即可
Pour the egg mixture into bowl, steam with medium high heat for 15 mins and ready to serve

最近侒侒吃東西很麻煩
很多以前愛吃的都不吃
只愛吃蒸蛋
昨晚媽咪我很煩惱就一直在找靈感
突然看到有媽咪分享蒸蛋飯這種超簡單料理
侒侒一看到蒸蛋就急忙坐上椅子
拿起湯匙就想要快點吃
他吃了這碗的1/3發現裡面藏了很多蔬菜
就開始不肯吃了
計劃只成功一半 😒
不過還算不錯,至少吃掉不少
總比沒吃好






準備材料
Prepare the ingredients

白飯鋪在底層,蔬菜放在上面
蛋液加入半碗水,自製雞粉,
香菇粉,和大蒜粉和少許粉紅鹽拌勻
Put the cooked rice into bowl, 

then following by vegetables on top.
Whisk the egg, add half bowl of water, 
homemade powders & a pinch of Himalayan pink salt

把調好的蛋汁淋上去
Pour the egg mixture
Into bowl

把碗放入已燒開水的鍋內,
中大火蒸15分鐘即可
Steam with medium high heat for
15 mins and ready to serve
