自製雞高湯
Homemade Chicken Soup Stock

#適合10個月以上

材料:
雞骨 半只
芹菜 3條
胡蘿蔔 2根
洋蔥 1粒
大蕃茄 1粒
去籽紅棗 8粒
水 3 Litre

1)雞骨先川燙去血水,另煮一鍋水至滾湯後,加入雞骨煮至滾
2)再加入所有蔬菜煮至滾後,轉小火煮2.5~3小時
3)過濾取湯,待涼後冷凍收藏,5天內用完

Ingredients:
1/2 pcs of Chicken Bone
Celery 3 pcs
Carrot 2 pcs
Brown Onion 1 pc
Tomato 1 pc
Seedless Red Dates 8 pcs
Water 3 Litre

1) Blanch the chicken bone to remove dirts. Cook the 3 litre of water in another pot until boiling, add chicken bone and cook until boiling again
2) Add all the vegetables and cook until boiling, switch to low heat, cook for 2.5 ~ 3 hours
3) Filter and collect soup only. Let it cool and store in freezer. To finish them within 5 days. 


用半只雞骨
芹菜 胡蘿蔔 洋蔥 蕃茄
煮了3小時的雞高湯
待涼放冷凍庫冷凍收藏
要用的時候再解凍
用來煮粥,煮湯,煮雞飯都可以哦!
