Homemade Silver Fish Powder
自製銀魚粉

材料:
新鮮銀魚 Fresh Silver Fish
1) 銀魚洗幹淨,去掉多餘鹽分或雜質
Clean the silver fish, soak in the water to remove exceed dirts and salt
2) 瀝乾後,用廚房紙巾壓乾水份,可以減少烘烤時間
Drain dry, use the kitchen towel and press on silver fish gently to keep them dry, this may help to reduce baking time
3) 烤盤鋪一張烘培紙,把銀魚平均的鋪在上面
Place a piece of baking paper on bake tray, put the silver fish on bake tray
4) 放入預熱烤箱,100-125度 2小時左右或至金黃乾脆即可打成粉末 (烘烤時要偶爾翻動銀魚)
Put into preheated oven, bake at 100~125 degree for about 2 hours or until golden and crispy. (Flip them occasionally while baking)
4) 最後使用密封罐放入冰箱冷藏即可
Blitz into powder, store in air tight container and keep in fridge.
前幾天我家婆帶回一大包的新鮮銀魚
叫我做成粉
我到今天才開始動工
由於數量多,分2次來烤乾
用了好幾個小時才完成
不過因為沒有一直在注意
就拖來拖去拖了好長的時間才做好
總之沒燒焦就好
今天晚餐煮蓮藕排骨湯
加了一湯匙的銀魚粉來提味
好香好好喝
