白蘿蔔 Radish
粘米粉 Rice Flour
熱水 Hot Water
鹽 少許 A pinch of Salt
1)白蘿蔔去皮刨絲,用菜網收集白蘿蔔絲,底下放一個大碗收集白蘿蔔水
Peel off the skin of radish and shredded them, collect the radish with a basket, place a big bowl below of basket to collect the radish water
2)加入適量的粘米粉和熱水至放有白蘿蔔水的大碗內,拌勻
(喜歡有口感的話就加多點粘米粉,反之則加多點水)
Add a moderate amount of rice flour and hot water to the bowl of radish water, mix well
(Add more rice flour if you prefer firmer texture, or else add more water
3)加入白蘿蔔絲和少許鹽,拌勻後,放入盤內
Add radish and salt, mix well and pour them into a big plate/bowl
4)把蒸盤放至已經燒開水的鍋裡,中大火蒸約40分鐘或至透明色
Put the plate/bowl into a pot of boiling water, steam them with medium high heat for about 40 mins, or until translucent
5)待涼後,切片
Let it cool, cut into pieces
6)倒入少許橄欖油,中小火煎至兩面金黃色即可
Pour a bit of olive oil into fry pan, fry them with medium low heat until both side golden and ready to serve

蘿蔔糕好好吃哦!! 😂
做法蠻簡單的
只是第一次做還不太會觀察熟不熟
結果是問朋友才知道是已經熟透了
