Homemade Purple Sweet Potato Powder


自製紫薯粉

材料:
紫薯 Purple Sweet Potato

1) 紫薯不用去皮,整條蒸熟後,再去皮,然後壓泥
Peel off the skin of sweet potato after steamed, and mashed them into puree

2)把紫薯泥放在烘培紙上,蓋上另一張烘培紙,用擀麵棍擀平擀薄
Put the purple sweet potato puree on top of baking paper, Cover with another baking paper, flatten them with rolling pin

3) 把紫薯泥在烤盤上,預熱烤箱,烤100度 60 或至乾,脆
Place the puree on bake tray, preheat oven, bake at 100 degree for 60 or until dry and crispy

3) 出爐後,用攪拌機打成粉末
Grind them into powder 

4) 最後使用密封罐收藏即可
Store them into air tight container and done.

之前很想要做紫薯粉
但是遲遲沒有動工
平時蒸饅頭的話
要做紫薯饅頭又會覺得還要蒸紫薯很麻煩
前兩天家裡有些紫薯
就終於想要來做看看了
其實做法很簡單
也不知道之前在懶惰什麼
浪漫的紫色看了好療愈哦😍

紫薯粉可以用來做饅頭 麵包 蛋糕 糕點
主要是調色用的
天然調色粉
絕對比市售的健康


紫薯泥放在烘培紙上
Put the purple sweet potato puree on top of baking paper

蓋上另一張烘培紙,用擀麵棍擀平擀薄

把紫薯泥放入在烤盤上
Put the puree on bake tray

烤100度60分鐘或至乾,脆
Bake at 100 degree for 60 mins, or until dry and crispy

再用攪拌機攪成粉狀即可
Grind into powder
