今日午餐 - 香菇雞肉粥
Chicken Porridge with Mushroom

#適合10個月以上會咀嚼的寶寶

材料:
雞胸肉 Chicken Breast Meat
自製雞粉 Homemade Chicken Powder
麻油 Sesame Oil
香菇
蒜蓉 Minced Garlic
薑茸 Minced Ginger
芫荽 Corriander 
青蔥 Spring Onion
斑斕葉 Pandan Leaf
水/雞湯 Water/Chicken Soup Stock

1)雞胸肉跟自製雞粉和麻油醃製至少1小時
Marinate the chicken breast meat with homemade chicken powder and sesame oil for at least 1 hour

2)把所有材料包括雞胸肉,跟生米一起放入蒸煮飯盒內
Put all the ingredients including chicken breast meat and raw rice into Electric Lunch Box (ELB)

3)外鍋加水,按ON,約30~40分鐘即可完成
Add water to outer pot, press ON, and should be done within 30~40 mins

今天這粥是使用雞飯的方法烹調出來的
味道和香味都和雞飯一樣
只是加多水變成粥了
因為我沒有準備雞湯
所以粥的味道不太夠

雞肉我用自製雞粉和麻油醃製
還有配合蒜蓉 薑茸 元荽 青蔥 斑斕葉
就差了雞湯 😑
