Pan Fried Breaded Chicken with Fried Rice



今日午餐 - 煎雞扒配炒飯
雞胸肉 Chicken Breast 
麻油 Sesame Oil
自製雞粉 Homemade Chicken Powder
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
普通麵粉 Plain Flour
雞蛋 Egg
麵包糠 Bread Crumbs
橄欖油 Olive Oil

1)先將雞胸肉拍扁,跟麻油,雞粉和香菇粉醃製至少1小時
Smack the chicken breast and marinate with sesame oil, chicken powder and mushroom powder for at least 1 hour

2)平均的鋪上麵粉,沾上蛋液,再鋪上麵包糠
Coated with plain flour, egg and bread crumbs

3)熱鍋,倒入少許橄欖油,用小火煎至兩面金黃色即可
Heat fry pan, add olive oil, fried the chicken with low heat until both side golden and ready to serve.

今天的午餐和以往不同
以前是用肉碎
現在直接用整片雞胸肉
雞胸肉先敲扁讓肉質更加鬆軟
再用自製粉醃一下就已經好香了
煎好後,吃起來酥酥脆脆還有雞汁流出來
好好吃哦!


用雞粉和香菇粉醃製至少1小時

Coated with flour

Coated with beaten egg

再鋪上麵包糠
Coated with bread crumbs

用少許橄欖油煎至兩面金黃
Pan fried with olive oil
until both side golden
