Fried Egg Sushi
今日午餐 - 蛋壽司
#適合1歲以上會咀嚼的寶寶
材料:
煎蛋 Fried Egg
珍珠米飯 Jap Pearl Rice
海苔 Seaweed
白芝麻 Sesame Seed
保鮮紙 Cling Wrap
1)保鮮紙鋪在桌上,海苔擺在上面 (保鮮紙必須比海苔長),再把白飯鋪在海苔上
Place the cling wrap on table, put the seaweed on top of cling wrap (the cling wrap must be longer than seaweed), place a thin layer of cooked rice on top of seaweed
2)平均的撒上白芝麻,把煎蛋放在中間
Sprinkle the sesame seed on the rice, put the fried egg on the middle
3)邊抓著保鮮紙和海苔,往中間捲起後,再繼續往上卷,用保鮮紙按壓定型
Hold the cling wrap and seaweed, roll it up and shape the sushi roll nicely with cling wrap
4)撒些水在刀,然後慢慢切開即可
sprinkle some water on knife, cut them evenly and ready to serve

上星期回娘家的時候
帶侒侒去吃日本餐
叫了三文魚飯糰 給他吃
看到他有吃海苔
就想要嘗試自己做壽司給他吃
以前怕他咬不斷所以都沒想過要給
前天去購物的時候特地買了包壽司用的海苔
今天就來試做
我沒有壽司卷 所以用保鮮膜
第一次包壽司 所以包的不是很好看 😅
結果發現侒侒很喜歡吃
只是他完全不吃蛋只是吃飯和海苔
等下晚餐就是海苔三角飯糰咯 😎
#海苔上面那層是保鮮膜
#要吃的時候才解開保鮮膜
#用珍珠米煮飯不用壽司醋也好吃
