Potato Patties & Fried Bun with Unsalted Butter
今日午餐 - 馬鈴薯肉餅 & 奶油煎麵包
#適合1歲以上
#或者10個月以上對全蛋沒有敏感的寶寶
奶油煎麵包
材料:
無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter
自製麵包 Homemade Bun
1)麵包塗上軟化的無鹽奶油
Apply a layer of softened unsalted butter on bun
2)熱鍋,用小火煎至金黃色即可
Heat pan, fry the bun with low heat until golden.
馬鈴薯肉餅
材料:
馬鈴薯 Potato
香菇 Dried Mushroom
豬肉碎 Minced Pork
麻油 Sesame Oil
自製雞粉 Homemade Chicken Stock Powder
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
雞蛋 Egg
麵包糠 Bread Crumb
1)香菇泡軟切丁,和馬鈴薯一起蒸熟,壓爛
Soak the mushroom until tender, cut into small pieces, steamed with potato and mashed them
2)豬肉碎跟麻油,雞粉和香菇粉醃製至少30分鐘
Marinate the minced pork with sesame oil, chicken stock powder and mushroom powder for at least 30 mins
3)把馬鈴薯泥,香菇,豬肉碎,雞蛋和麵包糠攪拌均勻
Mix and combine the mashed potato, mushroom, minced pork, egg and bread crumbs
4)熱鍋,加入少許橄欖油,把馬鈴薯混合泥放入鍋內,小火煎至兩面金黃色即可
Heat pan, add a bit of olive oil, fry the mixture with low heat until both side golden and ready to serve
