Mini Rice Burger


今日午餐 - 迷你米漢堡
Mini Rice Burger

米漢堡 (Rice Burger)
材料:
熟飯 Cooked Rice
慕斯圈 Mousse Ring
烘培紙 Baking Paper

1)把飯放入慕斯圈內,用飯勺壓平壓緊,再小心脫模
Place the baking paper and mousse ring on table, put the rice into mousse ring, press and tighten the rice with spatula, remove the mousse ring carefully

2)把米漢堡放在烘培紙上,放入烤箱烤150度5分鐘即可,備用
Put the rice burger on baking paper, send into oven bake at 150 degree for 5 mins, set aside

漢堡肉
材料:
豬肉碎 Minced Pork
胡蘿蔔絲 Sliced Carrot
花椰菜 Broccoli
麻油 Sesame Oil
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
自製雞粉 Homemade Chicken Powder
雞蛋 Egg
無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter

1)熱鍋,加入少許橄欖油,翻炒胡蘿蔔絲和花椰菜約3分鐘即可熄火,待涼
Heat pan, pour a little bit of olive oil, stir fry the carrot and broccoli for 3 mins, switch off the heat and set aside

2)把炒好的蔬菜跟豬肉碎,麻油,香菇粉,雞粉和雞蛋攪拌好後,用保鮮紙包著碗,放入冰箱醃製至少1小時
Mix and combine the stir-fried veges, minced pork, sesame oil, mushroom powder, chicken powder and egg, cover well with cling wrap, put in fridge for at least 1 hour

3)把醃製好的肉從冰箱拿出,把肉放入慕斯圈內
Put the meat into mousse ring 

4)小火熱鍋,加入無鹽奶油,把肉餅煎至兩面金黃微焦即可
Heat pan with low heat, add unsalted butter, fry the patties until both side golden and ready to serve

今天的小鳥作戰不成功
後來還是加上動物標籤才引起侒侒的視線
今天媽咪我整個早上很忙
因為今天要做侒侒的生日蛋糕
昨晚就開始想今天的午餐
所以一早起來就趕快準備了

今天這個米漢堡侒侒不大感興趣
可能還不懂什麼是漢堡 😅
他是坐在餐椅上一邊玩轉轉
一邊讓我餵
吃掉前面兩個就不吃了
媽咪我自己也有做一個大漢堡給自己吃 😎

漢堡肉咬起來有口感
因為有加蔬菜
而且是多汁的
我個人很愛吃
