Fried Mushroom and Salmon with Tomato Sauce

材料:

自製義式蕃茄醬 Homemade Tomato Sauce
鮮香菇 Shitake Mushroom
鮭魚 Salmon

1)熱鍋,加入少許橄欖油,翻炒鮮香菇至有香味
Heat pan, add a little bit of olive oil, stir fry mushroom until fragrant

2)加入鮭魚翻炒至泛白,再倒入自製番茄醬翻炒約3~5分鐘即可
Add salmon and stir fry until semi-cooked, add homemade tomato sauce and stir fry for 3~5 mins and ready to serve

用自製蕃茄醬搭配煎鮭魚
很香很下飯哦
鮭魚的腥味基本上已經被蕃茄蓋掉了
好吃好吃
