蕃茄豬肉烤飯糰

Onigiri with Tomato Sauce, Minced Pork & Broccoli
今日午餐 - 蕃茄豬肉烤飯糰
#適合10個月以上會咀嚼的寶寶
材料:
豬肉碎 Minced Meat
蔬菜 (我用花椰菜)Any kind of vegetables (I used broccoli)
麻油 Sesame Oil
胡椒粉 Pepper Powder
熟白飯 Cooked Rice
自製番茄醬 Homemade Tomato Sauce
1) 先煮好白飯
Cook the rice and set aside
2) 然後豬肉碎加一點麻油和胡椒粉拌勻
Combine the minced meat with sesame oil and pepper powder
3) 不粘鍋炒豬肉碎至泛白,不需要加油炒;然後加蔬菜翻炒至熟
Heat non-stick pan, stir fry the minced meat until medium-cooked, add vegetables into fry pan and stir fry until cooked
4) 加入熟白飯和自製番茄醬翻炒一下 (沒有番茄醬的話可以略過)
Add cooked rice and homemade tomato sauce, stir fry for a while (skip if don't have tomato sauce)
5) 起鍋待涼,用保鮮紙塑形,或者用飯糰模做造型
Transfer the rice mixture from fry pan to a plate, wait it cool a little bit. Make into round shape with cling wrap or with mould
6) 放入預熱烤箱,150度烤5分鐘就可以了
Send into preheated oven, bake at 150 degree for 5 mins and ready to serve.

是接受程度最高的食物
無論是出門用餐還是在家用餐
飯糰真的會是個好選擇

午覺前 侒侒吃掉1個半
睡醒後再繼續吃

#飯糰捏好放入烤箱叮5分鐘就好了
