Omelette Fried Rice with Homemade Tomato Sauce

白飯 Cooked Rice
自製番茄醬 Homemade Tomato Sauce
鮮香菇 Shitake Mushroom
豬肉碎 Minced Pork
自製雞粉 Homemade Chicken Stock Powder
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
雞蛋 Egg
蒜米 Minced Garlic
橄欖油 Olive Oil
1)豬肉碎和自製雞粉,香菇粉和一粒雞蛋醃製至少30分鐘
Marinate the minced pork with homemade chicken stock powder, mushroom powder and egg for at least 30 mins
2)熱鍋,加入少許橄欖油炒香蒜米,加入豬肉碎翻炒至泛白

大家都吃一樣的蛋包飯
除了大人版還外加市售蕃茄醬
其實不用另外加蕃茄醬也很好吃
早上我就在自製義式蕃茄醬
醃肉和泡軟香菇
所以午餐早早就準備好了 😎
用動物標籤來吸引侒侒主動來吃飯的策略成功
而且也讓成功讓他吃下很多蛋和飯

Heat pan, add a little bit of olive oil, stir fry the minced garlic until fragrant, add minced pork and stir fry until semi-cooked
3)加入鮮香菇翻炒1分鐘,加入白飯和自製番茄醬翻炒約3~5分鐘即可熄火,把炒飯盛起放在盤裡備用
Add shitake mushroom, stir fry for 1 min, add cooked rice and homemade tomato sauce, stir fry for 3~5 mins and switch off the heat. Transfer the fried rice on plate and set aside
4)把鍋擦乾淨後,倒入少許橄欖油,把蛋液(2粒)倒入鍋內,小火煎至表面凝固即可熄火,把煎蛋蓋在炒飯上即可享用
Wipe the fry pan, pour a little bit of olive oil, add the beaten egg (2 eggs) into fry pan, fry with low heat until the surface fully cooked, place the omelette on top of fried rice and ready to serve.
