蛋豆腐 Egg Toufu
蕃茄 Tomato
自製雞粉 Homemade Chicken Stock Powder
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
水 Water
橄欖油 Olive Oil
1)熱鍋,加入橄欖油和蛋豆腐,煎至兩面金黃色
Heat pan, add olive oil and egg toufu, fried until both side golden
2)自製雞粉+香菇粉+水調成一碗湯
Mix and combine the homemade chicken powder, mushroom powder and water
3)把蕃茄和步驟2倒入鍋內,拌勻後,蓋鍋用小火燜至蕃茄軟爛即可享用
Put the tomato and step 2 into fry pan, mix well, cover the lid and simmer with low heat until the tomato tender and ready to serve

好吃唷!
