烏冬麵蛋餅

Fried Egg with Udon


今日晚餐 - 烏冬麵蛋餅

#適合1歲以上

材料:
雞蛋
蘑菇
花椰菜
烏冬麵
麵粉
白味增 1茶匙 (可換成乳酪絲)

1)烏冬麵先水煮熟,剪成小小條,備用
2)熱鍋,加少許橄欖油,把蘑菇和花椰菜翻炒至熟,加入烏冬麵翻炒一下,熄火待冷
3)把雞蛋打散,加入白味增(或乳酪絲)和麵粉攪拌均勻
4)把炒好的材料倒入蛋糊內拌勻
5)熱鍋,加少許橄欖油,倒入蛋糊,煎至兩面金黃色即可

Ingredients:
Egg
White Button Mushroom
Broccoli
Udon
Plain Flour
White Miso 1 tsp (you may change to grated cheese)

1) Cook the udon, cut the cooked udon into small piece, set aside
2) Heat pan, pour a little bit of olive oil, stir fry the mushroom and broccoli until cooked, add udon and stir fry for a while, switch off the heat and let it cool
3) Whisk the egg, add white miso (or grated cheese) and flour, mix well
4) Add the fried ingredients into beaten egg, and mix well
5) Heat pan, add a little bit of olive oil, pour the mixture into fry pan, fry until both side golden and ready to serve

還是純粹喜歡這個蛋餅?
他早早就推椅子到餐桌要坐上去吃
我用叉幫他切開的時候
他還啊啊啊的呱呱叫
要跟我搶叉 😅😅
好像我要跟他搶吃 XD
這4大片他吃掉2片外加一部份的白飯
