Baked Frittata


今日午餐 - 義式蔬菜烘蛋

#適合1歲以上

材料:
馬鈴薯 Potato
胡蘿蔔 Carrot
白蘑菇 White Mushroom
花椰菜 Broccoli
雞蛋 Egg
鮮奶 Fresh Milk
莫扎里拉乳酪 Mozzarella Cheese
無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter
吐司 (可免) Toast (Optional)

1)馬鈴薯切片,胡蘿蔔,白蘑菇和花椰菜切成絲/小片
Sliced potato, cut the carrot, white mushroom and broccoli into small pieces

2)馬鈴薯片蒸熟備用,熱鍋,加入少許橄欖油,稍微翻炒胡蘿蔔,白蘑菇和花椰菜, 待用
Steamed the potato sliced and set aside; heat fry pan, pour a little bit of olive oil, stir fry the carrot, white mushroom and broccoli for a while and set aside

3)雞蛋打散,加入少許鮮奶拌勻,吐司用手掌壓扁
Whisk the egg, pour a little bit of fresh milk and mix well, flatten the toast with palm

4)烤模內均勻塗上無鹽奶油,放入吐司,用手指壓緊,倒入蛋液;如果沒有吐司,可直接倒入蛋液
Apply a layer of unsalted butter on bakeware, insert the flatten toast into bakeware, press tightly with finger, pour the egg mixture on top; pour the egg mixture into bakeware if without toast

5)依照順序放入馬鈴薯片,蔬菜和乳酪絲,直至把所有食材都放完
Put the potato sliced, vegetables and mozzarella cheese into bakeware, repeat above steps until finish all the ingredients 

6)把烤模放入預熱烤箱,烤180度20分鐘即可
Send the bakeware into preheated oven, bake at 180 degree for 20 mins and done

今天本來想煮粥
但是這幾天侒安都吃粥
怕他吃膩了
就突然想到很久沒有做烘蛋
(家裡很多雞蛋 😅)
材料有馬鈴薯,花椰菜,胡蘿蔔,雞蛋,牛奶和乳酪
做法簡單又營養滿分哦
侒侒吃了一個就飽了

#做了一個有吐司墊底



把蛋液倒入烤模內,第一層
鋪上馬鈴薯片
Pour the egg mixture into bakeware,
put the potato sliced

第二層鋪上蔬菜,再鋪上乳酪絲。
重複以上動作直至所有食材都放完
Put the vegetables on top, sprinkle
mozzarella cheese on top. Repeat above
steps several times

放入預熱烤箱,烤180度
20分鐘即可
Send into preheated oven,
bake at 180 deg for 20 mins

完成
Done
