Pumpkin Flavor Crackers for Baby

材料則改為:
南瓜泥 28g
無鹽奶油 15g
低筋麵粉 60g
速發酵母 1g
細砂糖 2g (可不加)


Change the ingredients to:
Pumpkin Puree 28g
Unsalted Butter 15g
Cake Flour 60g
Instant Yeast 1g
Caster Sugar 2g (Optional)

* Add flour if the dough too wet
* Add water if dough too dry
* Knead until non-stick dough will do

前幾天買了南瓜🎃
一直想盡辦法要侒侒吃下南瓜 😅
昨天又看到他一直抓嘴巴
所以就突發奇想的做南瓜口味的蘇打餅
之前原味的他吃膩哦
黑芝麻的又不是很愛 😑
希望他會喜歡這個 😊
南瓜烤出來的餅乾有金黃色的很漂亮哦

#酥酥脆脆的好好吃
#有南瓜微甜可以不用加糖
#不用加水因為南瓜有水分


混合麵粉和糖
Mix and combine the flour & sugar

加入軟化的無鹽奶油拌勻
Add softened unsalted butter
and mix well

加入南瓜泥和速發酵母
揉成麵團
Add pumpkin puree & instant yeast
and knead into dough

用保鮮紙把麵團包起來,
放入冰箱冷藏30分鐘
(圖上為冷藏後)
Wrap the dough with cling wrap,
put into fridge for 30 mins
(Above picture - after 30 mins)

擀成薄片
Roll the dough with rolling pin 

造型後,放入預熱烤箱烤15分鐘即可
Send into preheated oven and bake for 15 mins
