Mushroom Soup


蘑菇湯

#適合10個月以上

材料:
白蘑菇 White Mushroom
黃洋蔥 Brown Onion
無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter
雞高湯 Chicken Soup Stock
新鮮Parsley
新鮮Basil

1)蘑菇切片,預留一些放在小碗備用,洋蔥切細
Sliced mushroom, keep some in a small bowl and set aside, chopped the onion into small pieces

2)把無鹽奶油放入鍋內加熱融化,放入洋蔥中火炒3~5分鐘,再放入蘑菇翻炒3分鐘
Put the butter into pot, heat until melted, put the onion into pot, stir fry with medium heat for 3~5 mins, and put in the mushroom stir fry for 3 mins

3)加入雞高湯和香料,蓋鍋小火煮30分鐘
Add chicken soup stock and herbs, cover the lid, cook with low heat for 30 mins

4)準備平底鍋,用少許橄欖油炒熟備用的蘑菇
Prepare another fry pan, stir fry the mushroom with olive oil until cooked and set aside

5)蘑菇湯煮好後,放入果汁機打成泥狀,放回湯鍋裡,加入炒好的蘑菇,小火煮約5分鐘即可享用
Once the mushroom soup done, put the soup into blender and blend, put back to pot, add stir-fried mushroom, cook with low heat for 5 mins and ready to serve.

6)一歲以上可用少許鹽和胡椒粉來調味
You may wish to add a pinch of salt and black pepper powder for one year and above.
