Homemade Tomato Sauce


自製蕃茄醬

#適合1歲以上

材料:
蕃茄 Tomato
有機蔗糖/糖蜜/細砂糖 Organic Cane Sugar/Molasses Sugar/Caster Sugar
檸檬汁 Lemon Juice

1)蕃茄上下切十,放入滾燙的水,待皮開始脫落即可熄火,撈起蕃茄並去皮
Cut "+" on top and end of tomato, put into boiling water. Once the tomato skin start to peeling, remove the tomato from pot and peeled the skin

2)將蕃茄切片,放入攪拌機攪拌成泥
Cut the tomatoes into pieces, and blend them into puree

3)把蕃茄泥倒入鍋內,開小火,一邊煮,一邊不停的攪拌以免燒焦
Pour the tomato puree into pot, switch to low heat, cook and keep stirring to prevent burnt

4)加入糖和檸檬汁,繼續攪拌 (可以一邊加一邊試味道)
Add sugar and lemon juice, continue to stir and mix well (you may wish to taste and add sugar/lemon juice)

5)持續攪拌約30~40分鐘至濃稠即可熄火
Keep cooking and stirring for 30~40 mins or until the sauce thicken, switch off the heat

6)把蕃茄醬裝進密封罐內,待涼後,放冰箱冷藏即可
Pour the tomato sauce into sealed jar, let it cool and store in fridge.

這次我只是用了3種材料來製作蕃茄醬
主角當然就是蕃茄
配角是有機蔗糖/糖蜜 和少許檸檬汁
酸甜度都自己拿捏
自己製作最安心 😊

把蕃茄泥倒入鍋內,開小火,
不停的攪拌以免燒焦

一邊攪拌一邊加入糖和檸檬汁
煮至濃稠即可熄火
Add sugar and lemon juice, keep stir
and combine. Cook until the sauce thicken
then may switch off the heat
