Porridge with Pumpkin, Onion and Minced Pork
今日午餐 - 南瓜洋蔥梅肉粥

南瓜 Pumpkin
紅洋蔥 Red Onion
梅肉碎 Minced Pork
雞蛋 Egg
自製蒜米粉 Homemade Garlic Powder
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
胡椒粉 Pepper Powder
麻油 Sesame Oil
1)豬肉跟雞蛋,麻油,胡椒粉,蒜米粉和香菇粉醃製至少1小時
Marinate the minced pork with egg, sesame oil, pepper powder, garlic powder and mushroom powder for at least 1 hour
2)白米,水,南瓜和紅洋蔥放入蒸煮飯盒內,煮至滾後放入豬肉碎
Put the raw rice, water, pumpkin and red onion into ELB, cook until water boiling, put the minced pork into ELB
3)待粥熟了之後,倒入蛋液拌勻,再燜5分鐘即可享用
Once the porridge done, pour the beaten egg into ELB and stir well, simmer for another 5 mins and ready to serve.
這幾天的午餐都是粥
因為侒侒牙齦不舒服
午餐一直都不肯吃多
只有粥至少可以吃下一碗

梅肉用麻油,自製蒜米粉,自製香菇粉和胡椒粉醃製
