Steamed Chicken with Mushroom and Wolf berries & Udon
今日午餐 - 蒸枸杞香菇雞腿拌烏冬麵

材料:

材料:
雞腿 Chicken Leg 1 pc
枸杞 Wolf berries 7 pcs
香菇 Dried Mushroom 1 pc
自製蒜米粉 Homemade Garlic Powder 1 tsp
麻油 Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
1)香菇泡軟切片,雞肉去皮,在雞肉劃上幾刀,加入麻油和自製蒜米粉拌勻
Soak the mushroom until tender and cut into slices, peel off the skin of chicken, scratch few lines on chicken, add sesame oil and homemade garlic powder, mix well
2)加入香菇和枸杞,中大火蒸20~25分鐘即可享用
Add mushroom and wolf berries, steam with medium high heat for 20~25 mins and ready to serve
