烤燕麥可樂餅

Baked Croquette Pies with Oats


今日午餐 - 烤燕麥可樂餅

(適合12個月以上 Suitable for 12 months and above)

材料:
熟飯 Cooked Rice
馬鈴薯 Potato 
花椰菜 Broccoli
胡蘿蔔 Carrot
雞蛋 Egg
麵粉 Flour
燕麥 Oats

1)燕麥用小火乾炒至金黃色,備用
Stir fry the oat with low heat until golden, set aside

2)馬鈴薯,花椰菜和胡蘿蔔蒸熟壓爛,和熟飯混合均勻
Steam and mashed the potato, broccoli and potato, mix and combine with cooked rice

3)把混合好的飯用保鮮紙捏成圓形,飯糰撒上麵粉,再沾上蛋液,最後沾上燕麥
Shape the rice mixture to round shape with cling wrap, sprinkle the flour on rice mixture, coated with beaten egg, and coated with oats 

4)把可樂餅放到烤盤上,放入預熱烤箱,烤180度15分鐘即可完成
Place them on bake tray, send into preheated oven, bake at 180 degree for 15 mins and ready to serve

我曾經用麵包糠,玉米片來做可樂餅
沒想過用燕麥直到看到有媽咪分享
今天就立馬動手來試做哦
燕麥有炒過所以顏色會比較金黃色一點
因為擔心侒侒也許不要吃
所以我做了另外3個沒有放燕麥的
結果侒侒真的只吃沒加燕麥的米餅
反而一直拔燕麥出來吃



燕麥用小火翻炒至金黃色, 備用

把混合好的飯用保鮮紙捏成圓形

撒上麵粉
Sprinkle some flour 

沾上蛋液
Coated with beaten egg

再沾上燕麥
Coated with fried oats

放到烤盤上(我做了一半沒有沾燕麥的)
Place them on bake tray (I made some without coated with oats)

放入預熱烤箱,烤180度15分鐘即可完成
