Waffles


今日早餐 - 華夫餅 (酵母版)

#適合1歲以上

材料:
燕麥奶/配方奶/鮮奶 200ml
低筋麵粉 150g
雞蛋 2粒
有機蔗糖 20g
融化無鹽奶油 60g 
速發酵母 3g

Ingredients:
Oatmilk / Formula Milk / Fresh Milk 200ml
Cake Flour 150g
Egg 2 pcs
Organic Cane Sugar 20g
Melted Unsalted Butter 60g
Instant Yeast 3g

1)將溫奶+酵母粉拌勻,備用
Warm milk + instant yeast, and mix well, set aside

2)把蛋液倒入篩過的麵粉中,加入糖,拌勻
Add the beaten egg into sifted flour, add sugar, mix well

3)分四次倒入溫奶,慢慢的拌勻
Pour the milk into bowl for few times, mix well

4)倒入融化無鹽奶油,拌勻
Add melted unsalted butter, mix well

5)完成後,把麵糊放入烤箱,旁邊放一碗熱水,發酵30分鐘
Once done, put the batter into oven, place a bowl of hot water beside, let it proof for 30 mins

6)發酵後的麵糊表面會有氣泡,把麵糊倒入預熱好的華夫餅機
After proof, the surface of batter will popping bubbles. Pour the batter into preheated waffles maker

7)待麵糊表面冒泡後,即可慢慢的蓋起來,再燜多3分鐘左右即可完成
Once the surface popping bubbles, close the lid slowly. Let it simmer for another 3 mins and ready to serve

終於做到跟外面賣的有類似的口感的waffles了
這次的做法有別於前幾次的
我覺得這個是最容易
Waffles也不會變硬的方法

本來做好後想要淋巧克力醬配來吃
但是侒侒今天很暴躁因為長牙不舒服很多天 😑
一直要我抱 😅
給他吃一片還我半片
