烤“炸”雞柳 (免油)

Baked "Fried" Chicken Nugget (Oil-Free)


今日晚餐之一 - 烤“炸”雞柳 (免油)

#適合10個月以上會咀嚼的寶寶

材料:
雞肉泥 Minced Chicken
麻油 Sesame Oil
玉米粉 Corn Flour
甜椒粉 Paprika Powder
黑胡椒粉 Black Pepper Powder
自製蒜米粉 Homemade Garlic Powder
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
芝士刨絲 Grated Cheese
粘米粉 Rice Flour

** 份量請自行拿捏 ** 

1)雞肉泥和所有材料(除了粘米粉)混合好後,拿起肉泥,用左右手相互拋丟幾下後,用保鮮膜包著碗,放入冰箱至少1小時或以上
Mix and combine the minced chicken with all the ingredients (except rice flour), patting the chicken with left and right hand several times, cover the bowl with cling wrap, put into fridge for at least 1 hour or above

2)醃製好的雞肉平均沾上粘米粉,不要太多哦
Coated the chicken with rice flour

3)把雞肉放在烤架上,放入預熱200度的烤箱,烤180度40分鐘(如果肉比較大塊就要烤久點)
Place the chicken on bake tray, send into preheated oven at 200 degree, bake at 180 degree for 40 mins (If the meat bigger size, might need to bake for more longer time)

4) 最後10分鐘翻面,再放入烤箱繼續烤即可
Flip the chicken on last 10 mins, sent back to oven and continue to bake. And done after 10 mins.

各家烤箱均有不同,溫度請自行調整
冒牌炸雞又來了 😅
原本想煎雞柳 
但是又不喜歡弄到廚房油膩膩
又改成烤的了 😉
有烤箱就是方便啊∼ 
雖然沒有油炸的那麼脆皮
但是烤出來的一樣很可口
最重要的是很健康喲!
侒侒舔了一下 笑一笑 然後撕開就放回碗裡 😑
我就混在飯裡讓他吃 😋


醃製好的雞肉
Marinated chicken

平均的撒上粘米粉
Sprinkle the rice flour evenly

放入預熱烤箱,烤180度40分鐘
Send into preheated oven, bake at 180 degree for 40 mins
