Waffles


今日早餐 - 鬆軟的華夫餅
Waffles 

#適合1歲以上

材料:

蛋黃糊
蛋黃 2個
低筋麵粉 80g
鮮奶 120g
無鹽奶油 30g

蛋白霜
細砂糖 20g
蛋白 2個

Egg Yolk Mixture
Egg Yolk 2 pcs
Hong Kong Flour/Cake Flour 80g
Fresh Milk 120g
Unsalted Butter 30g

Meringue
Fine Sugar 20g
Egg White 2 pcs

1) 蛋黃打散後,加入融化無鹽奶油和鮮奶,拌勻
Whisk the egg yolk, add melted unsalted butter and fresh milk into egg yolk, mix well

2)篩入麵粉,攪拌均勻
Add sifted flour into egg yolk mixture, mix well

3)分2次將糖加入蛋白內,打發至硬性發泡
Add the sugar into egg white, whisk until stiff peaks

4)將1/3蛋白霜加入之蛋黃糊裡,拌勻
Pour 1/3 meringue into the egg yolk mixture, stir and combine with spatula

5)將做法5加入至剩下的蛋白霜裡,由下翻上攪拌均勻
Add the step 6 into meringue, mix well

7)將完成的麵糊用湯勺舀入預熱好的鬆餅機 (不要倒太多),蓋起來約3分鐘即可
Pour the batter into preheated waffle maker with soup spoon (do not pour too much), cover the lid, and done after 3 mins.

今天用分蛋式的方法做
一開始沒有弄好
花了點時間在備料
明明可以在1小時內就搞定的
結果多花了30分鐘才完成 😣
都快餓扁了 😐
這款華夫餅很鬆軟
不像之前做的放涼了會變很硬
這個即是涼了還是很好吃哦

蛋黃打散
Whisk the egg yolk

加入融化奶油和鮮奶拌勻
Add melted butter and fresh milk
mix well

篩入麵粉,拌勻
Add sifted flour, mix well

蛋黃糊完成
Egg Yolk Mixture done

蛋白+糖打發至硬性發泡
Whisk the egg white and sugar until
stiff peaks

把1/3蛋白霜加入至蛋黃糊內拌勻
Add 1/3 meringue into egg yolk
mixture and mix well

把蛋黃糊倒入剩餘的蛋白霜
拌勻
Add egg yolk mixture into balanced
meringue and mix well

麵糊完成
Batter done



用湯勺舀起麵糊,放入鬆餅機烤
(不要倒太滿)
Pour the batter into waffle maker
with soup spoon
(Do not pour too full)

完成
Done
