Tomato Pumpkin Stew Rice


今日午餐 - 蕃茄南瓜燉飯

(適合12個月以上 Suitable for 12 months and above)

材料:
洋蔥 Red Onion
薑末 Minced Ginger
南瓜 Pumpkin
蕃茄 Tomato
夏南瓜 Zucchini
豬肉碎 Minced Pork
雞蛋 Egg
麻油 Sesame Oil
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
自製蒜米粉 Homemade Garlic Powder
紅甜椒粉 Paprika Powder

1)豬肉碎跟麻油,香菇粉,蒜米粉,紅甜椒粉,和雞蛋醃製至少1小時 (放入冰箱)
Marinate the minced pork with sesame oil, mushroom powder, garlic powder, paprika powder and egg for at least 1 hour (put in fridge)

2)熱鍋,不用加油,把豬肉碎翻炒至泛白,加入洋蔥和薑末翻炒一下
Heat pan, no need to add oil, add minced pork and stir fry until half cooked, add red onion and minced ginger and stir fry for a while

3)加入所有蔬菜翻炒,再加入適量的水,半淹過食材,蓋鍋轉小火燜至水半乾
Add all the vegetables and stir fry, add water to cover half of the ingredients, cover the pot and switch to low heat, simmer until water half dry

4)加入熟飯翻炒3~5分鐘即可完成
Add cooked rice and stir fry for 3~5 mins and ready to serve.
