橙蒜烤雞腿

Baked Drumstick with Orange and Garlic
橙蒜烤雞腿
(適合12個月以上 Suitable for 12 months and above)
材料:
雞腿 2個
蒜頭 2個
橙 1粒
Oregano 1茶匙
自製蒜米粉 1茶匙
紅甜椒粉 1茶匙
黑胡椒粉 少許
鹽 少許
橄欖油 1湯匙
1)蒜頭切片備用,榨橙汁後,橙汁跟Oregano, 自製蒜米粉,紅甜椒粉,黑胡椒粉和鹽攪拌均勻
2)把混合好的橙汁,倒入裝著雞腿的烤盅內,雞腿劃上幾刀,把蒜片放在雞腿上,用保鮮紙包起來,放入冰箱醃製至少1小時
3)烤箱預熱210度10分鐘,把烤盅從冰箱拿出來,倒掉部分橙汁,留下少許橙汁,把橄欖油均勻的塗在雞腿表面,再撒上少許紅甜椒粉
4)用錫紙把烤盅包起來,中間剪開一個洞,放入預熱好的烤箱內
5)烤 上火210度30分鐘,取出,雞腿翻面,拿掉錫紙;再放入烤箱,轉上下火烤210度25分鐘即可
Ingredients:
Chicken Drumstick 2 pcs
Garlic Clove 2 pcs
Orange 1 pc
Oregano 1 tsp
Homemade Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder a dash
Salt a dash
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
1) Cut the garlic into slices, set aside; squeeze the orange to get the juice, mix and combine the orange juice with oregano, homemade garlic powder, paprika powder, black pepper powder and salt
2) Pour the orange juice into bake bowl which with the drumsticks, cut few sliced on drumsticks, put the garlic slices on top, wrap the bowl with cling wrap, put in fridge for at least 1 hour
3) Preheat oven at 210 degree for 10 mins, remove the bake bowl from fridge, pour away some orange juice, leave some of the juice, apply the olive oil on the surface of drumstick, sprinkle some paprika powder on top
4) Wrap the bake bowl with aluminium foil tape, cut a hole in the middle of aluminium foil tape, send the bake bowl into preheated oven
5) Bake at 210 degree 30 mins with upper heat. Once done, flip the drumstick to the other side, remove the aluminium foil tape, send into oven again, bake for another 25 mins with upper and lower heat and ready to serve.

我就把今天的菜單換成烤雞腿咯
這烤雞腿真的好好吃!
