優格海綿蛋糕

Yogurt Sponge Cake


今日點心 - 優格海綿蛋糕

食譜取自喵小廚

(適合12個月以上 Suitable for 12 months and above)

材料:
雞蛋 4粒
細砂糖/有機蔗糖 75g
原味優格 30g
玉米油 25g
低筋麵粉 100g

1)先將雞蛋和糖用電動打蛋器打發至可以畫8字,久久不散
2)加入優格和玉米油,用打蛋器/刮刀拌勻
3)分3次倒入過篩的麵粉,用刮刀輕輕拌勻,再倒入蛋糕模,拿起蛋糕模,往桌上輕敲2下
4)放入預熱烤箱,烤165度25~30分鐘即可

Egg 4 pcs
Caster Sugar/Organic Cane Sugar 75g
Plain Yogurt 30g
Corn Oil 25g
Cake Flour 100g

1) Whisk the egg and sugar with electric egg beater until can draw "8"
2) Add yogurt and corn oil, mix and combine with egg beater or spatula
3) Add sifted flour separately into batter and gently mix well with spatula. Pour the batter into cake mould, drop the mould on table top for 2 times, to remove excess bubbles.
4) Send into preheated oven, bake at 165 degree for 25~30 mins and done.

早上就先準備好午餐和點心
冰箱裡的有個快過期了
想到不久前喵小廚分享的優格海綿蛋糕
就開始動手做了
蛋糕真的很軟很好吃哦
(蛋糕切到不平整😅)


雞蛋+糖打發至可以畫8字,久久不散

加入優格和玉米油,拌勻

分3次倒入過篩的麵粉,用刮刀輕輕拌勻,再倒入蛋糕模
拿起蛋糕模,往桌上輕敲2下

放入預熱烤箱,165度烤25~30分鐘

完成 (表面裂開了T.T)
