核桃葡萄乾馬芬

Muffin with Walnut and Raisin


今日點心 - 核桃葡萄乾馬芬

(適合12個月以上 Suitable for 12 months and above)


材料:

低筋麵粉 100g
無鹽奶油 60g
細砂糖 40g
雞蛋 1個
牛奶 50ml
無鋁泡打粉 3g(可不加)
核桃和葡萄乾 適量

1)軟化的無鹽奶油加入細砂糖,用打蛋器打發至蓬鬆狀態,顏色變淺
2)分次加入雞蛋液,攪拌均勻
3)加入牛奶,篩入低粉和泡打粉,用刮刀上下翻拌均勻 (不要畫圈)
4)加入核桃和葡萄乾(留下少許備用),用刮刀拌勻
5)倒入模具7分滿,表面撒上核桃和葡萄乾
6)放入預熱烤箱,180度烤25~30分鐘即可完成

Ingredients:
Cake Flour 100g
Unsalted Butter 60g
Sugar 40g
Egg 1 pc
Milk 50ml
Aluminum Free Baking Powder 3g (Optional)
Walnut & Raisins 

1) Whisk the softened unsalted butter and unsalted butter with egg beater until fluffy
2) Add beaten egg and mix well
3) Add milk, sifted flour and baking powder, mix and combine with spatula (do not draw circle)
4) Add walnut and raisins (leave a little bit and set aside), mix well with spatula
5) Pour into cupcake mould, sprinkle the leftover walnut and raisins on top
6) Send into preheated oven, bake at 180 degree for 25~30 mins and ready to serve.

我來做個馬芬蛋糕來小慶祝一下 😁
話說侒侒真的是喜歡吃馬芬蛋糕的
因為其他的蛋糕他都吃很少
這種蛋糕他就很主動的過來搶著要吃 😅
但是我不太常做這款蛋糕因為要放泡打粉
