Cheesy Mushroom and Minced Meat with Rice


今日午餐 - 蘑菇芝士肉碎拌飯

(適合12個月以上 Suitable for 12 months and above)

材料:
蘑菇 Portobello Mushroom
豬肉碎 Minced Meat
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
胡椒粉 Pepper Powder
紅甜椒粉 Paprika Powder

蒜米 Minced Garlic
無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter
芝士塊(磨成絲) Cheese Block (Grated)
鮮奶 Fresh Milk

1)豬肉碎跟香菇粉,胡椒粉和紅甜椒粉醃製1小時,再和雞蛋攪拌均勻,備用
 Marinate minced meat with mushroom powder, pepper powder and paprika powder for 1 hour, mix and combine with egg and set aside

2)熱鍋,加入無鹽奶油,炒香蒜米,再加入蘑菇翻炒至變色
Heat fry pan, add unsalted butter and stir fry garlic until fragrant, add portobello mushroom and stir fry until color changed

3)把蘑菇推到一旁,加入肉碎翻炒至熟,倒入適量的鮮奶拌勻,蓋鍋轉小火燜5~8分鐘
Push the mushroom aside, add minced meat and stir fry until cooked, pour a moderate amount of fresh milk into pan, mix well, cover the pan and switch to low heat, simmer for 5~8 mins

4)最後加入芝士絲,翻炒至芝士融化即可
Lastly, add grated cheese, stir fry until cheese melted and ready to serve.

很久沒有給侒侒吃有芝士的料理了
整個早上都在苦惱要弄什麼
而且要吸睛才行 (擺盤很重要😅)
煮好飯後,侒侒就來纏著我
我就抱著他來擺盤
他就一邊看著一邊啊啊的說話
興致勃勃的開始吃飯
