烤馬鈴薯鮭魚蛋餅

Baked Potato & Salmon Patties


今日午餐 - 烤馬鈴薯鮭魚蛋餅

材料:
馬鈴薯 Potato
胡蘿蔔 Carrot
鮭魚 Salmon
太白粉 Potato Starch
雞蛋 Egg
芝士絲 Shredded Cheese (cheese block)

1)馬鈴薯切丁,胡蘿蔔刨絲,蒸熟待涼
Cut the potato into cubes, shredded carrot, steamed and wait for cool

2)把所有材料加在一起,攪拌均勻
Put all the ingredients together, mix well

3)用湯匙舀起適量的馬鈴薯蛋糊,放在烤盤上
Use spoon and grab some potato mixture, place them on bake tray

4)把烤盤放入預熱烤箱,烤200度15分鐘即可
Send the bake tray into preheated oven, bake at 200 degree for 15 mins and ready to serve.

本來想要做hash brown
但是馬鈴薯黏不起來就加一顆蛋
就變成蛋餅了 😅

一口咬下去是很有口感的哦
意外的好吃!
不過今天侒侒牙齦不舒服
只吃1片半就不肯吃了
他的感冒好了
但是他媽媽我反而被傳染了


除了鱼,所有材料蒸熟
Steamed all the ingredients,
except salmon

加入蛋液拌匀
Add beaten egg, mix well
