Homemade Garlic Powder
自製大蒜粉
1)大蒜去皮,切成薄片
Peel off the skin of garlic, cut into slices
2)平均的鋪在烤盤上 (舖一層烘培紙)
Place them on bake tray (Put a layer of baking paper)
3)烤100度 60分鐘或至酥脆
Bake at 100 degree for 60 mins or until crispy
4)用攪拌機或石頭盅成粉狀
Blend into powder
5)把大蒜粉裝進乾淨的容器裡,收在陰涼處即可
Store them into container, keep at cool place will do.
補充:
我用我家的烤箱烤100度1小時完全不會酥脆,最後用4個小時才完成。
以上做法1小時為 Air Fryer 的做法哦
烤箱烤的話可以用125度烤1小時,或至酥脆就可以了
Note:
I used oven to bake for 4 hours at 100 degree and finally crispy.
The instruction as above mentioned, i did it with air fryer.
If make with oven, you may bake at 125 degree for at least 1 hour, or until crispy and done.
一直很想要弄大蒜粉
但是我很懶惰
加上攪拌機有點裂開 (因為之前攪香菇粉)
所以遲遲沒有動手做
也不知道今天為什麼就突然想做做看😅
娘家沒有烤箱,但是有氣炸鍋
但基於容量有限所以只能做一點點
數量太少不能用攪拌機
我就用石頭盅自己磨 😅
看來我不用投資新的攪拌機了
買一個石頭盅就好了嘛
