今日晚餐 - 米漢堡套餐 (小人版)

米漢堡
材料:
熟飯 Cooked Rice
蛋黃 Egg Yolk
無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter慕斯圈 Mousse Ring
烘培紙 Baking Paper
1)熟飯待冷後和蛋黃拌勻
Mix and combine the cooked rice with egg yolk
2)烘培紙和慕斯圈鋪在桌上,把飯放入慕斯圈內,用飯勺壓平壓緊,再小心脫模
Place the baking paper and mousse ring on table, put the rice into mousse ring, press and tighten the rice with spatula, remove the mousse ring carefully
3)小火熱鍋,刷上一層無鹽奶油,把米漢堡放入煎3分鐘
Heat pan with low heat, apply a thin layer of unsalted butter on fry pan, put the rice burger into pan and fry for 3 mins
4)米漢堡的表面抹上一層無鹽奶油,再翻面,蓋鍋再煎3~5分鐘至金黃色即可
Apply a thin layer of unsalted butter on the surface of rice burger, flip it and cover the pan, fry for another 3~5 mins, until golden and done.

小火煎3分鐘 fry with low heat for 3 mins |

翻面,蓋鍋再煎3~5分鐘 Flip to the other side, cover the pan and fry for another 3~5 mins |
