蕃茄香菇肉燥面

Udon with Tomato, Mushroom and Minced Meat
今日晚餐 - 蕃茄香菇肉燥面
(適合12個月以上 Suitable for 12 months and above)
材料:
蒜米 Minced Garlic
紅蔥 Red Onion
香菇 Dried Mushroom
蕃茄 Tomato
豬肉碎 Minced Pork
小白菜 Small Cabbage
雞蛋 Egg
自製香菇粉 Homemade Mushroom Powder
自製蒜米粉 Homemade Garlic Powder
胡椒粉 Pepper
麻油 Sesame Oil
橄欖油 Olive Oil
1)豬肉碎和小白菜,雞蛋,自製香菇粉,自製蒜米粉,胡椒粉和麻油醃製至少1小時
Marinate the minced pork with small cabbage, egg, homemade mushroom powder, homemade garlic powder, pepper and sesame oil at least 1 hour
2)香菇泡軟去蒂,切片,香菇水留著;蕃茄去蒂去皮去籽,切丁
Soak the mushroom until tender, remove the stalk, cut into slices, keep the mushroom water; remove the stalk for tomato, peel off the skin, and remove the seed, cut into small pieces
3)熱鍋,加入橄欖油,翻炒蒜米和紅蔥至金黃色
Heat pan, add olive oil, stir fry garlic and red onion until golden
4)加入醃製好的豬肉翻炒至熟,再加入香菇和蕃茄翻炒2分鐘
Add minced pork and stir fry until cooked, add mushroom and tomato and stir fry for 2 mins
5)倒入香菇水,加入1茶匙的香菇粉拌勻,蓋鍋燜至濃稠即可
Pour the mushroom water into pan, add 1 tsp of mushroom powder and mix well; cover the pan and simmer until the sauce thicken and ready to serve
今天家裡有很多豬肉碎
所以就做肉燥給侒侒
配飯配面都很好吃哦
爸比吃了一口說“留一點給我下飯!”
結果侒侒看到我們吃飯
他也吵著要吃飯
結果放著面不管了
