茶碗蒸

Chawanmushi


今日晚餐 - 茶碗蒸

(適合12個月以上 Suitable for 12 months and above)

材料:
雞蛋 Egg 2 pcs
高湯/水 Soup Stock/Water 200ml
杏鮑菇 Oyster Mushroom (可換成你喜歡的食材/ Optional)

1)兩顆蛋用筷子打散,加入200ml的高湯/水至蛋液裡,輕輕拌勻
Whisk the egg which chopstick, add 200ml soup stock/water into beaten egg,
stir gently

2)把食材放入碗內,一邊過濾一邊把蛋液倒入蒸碗內
(濾網放低點,以減少泡泡的產生)
Place the ingredients into bowl, and pour the mixture into bowl and filter at the same time 

3)蓋上錫紙,放入水已經煮開的蒸鍋內,中大火蒸15分鐘即可享用
Cover the bowl with aluminium foil tape, place them into the steam pot which water is boiling, steamed with medium-high heat for 15 mins and ready to serve.


昨天看到電視節目做茶碗蒸
今天下午看到另一個節目也做茶碗蒸
老天在暗示我今天做茶碗蒸一定成功
所以。。我成功啦!
曾經失敗2次
所以我一直不敢再弄
正所謂失敗乃成功之母 😂
蒸蛋很滑很嫩哦! 好好吃 😋

侒侒很少吃蒸蛋
一開始他碰了一下 覺得軟軟的不敢吃
後來我放在他的飯裡
他慢慢的開始接受並一直拿起來吃 😘
好棒好棒!


兩顆蛋用筷子打散

加入200ml的高湯/水至蛋液裡,輕輕拌勻
Add 200ml soup stock/water into beaten egg,
stir gently

把食材放入碗內
Place the ingredients into bowl

一邊過濾一邊把蛋液倒入蒸碗內
(濾網放低點,以減少泡泡的產生)
Pour the mixture into bowl and filter
at the same time 

蓋上錫紙,放入水已經煮開的蒸鍋內,
中大火蒸15分鐘即可
