Baked Mini Rice Balls

材料:

馬鈴薯 Potato
胡蘿蔔 Carrot
花椰菜 Broccoli 
珍珠米 Pearl Rice
雞蛋 Egg

1)珍珠米煮熟,待用;馬鈴薯,胡蘿蔔和花椰菜蒸熟壓爛
Cook the pearl rice, set aside; steamed and mashed the potato, carrot and broccoli

2)把熟飯和馬鈴薯蔬菜泥攪拌均勻,捏成圓形
Mix and combine the cooked rice and mashed potato and vegetables, shape into ball

3)飯糰沾上蛋液,放在烤盤上
Rice balls coated with beaten egg, place them on bake tray

4)放入預熱烤箱,烤175度20分鐘即可
Send into preheated oven, bake at 175 degree for 20 mins and ready to serve.

每次都做煎飯糰
今天換烤的😎
免油烤,摸起來手一點都不會油膩膩
也不會有飯的黏膩感
吃起來有咬勁

飯糰捏成形後,沾上蛋液
Coated the egg on rice balls

擺在烤盤上
Place them on bake tray

烤175度 20分鐘
Bake at 175 degree for 20 mins
