Black Sesame Teething Rusk


黑芝麻磨牙餅

材料:
低筋麵粉 Cake Flour 120g
黑芝麻粉 Black Sesame Powder 15g
玉米油 Corn Oil 20g
有機蔗糖 Organic Cane Sugar 20g
鮮奶/配方奶/母乳 Fresh Milk / Formula Milk / Breastmilk 50g

** 一歲以上的寶寶才可以使用鮮奶
** Fresh milk for 1 year old and above

1)篩入麵粉+芝麻粉+有機蔗糖攪拌均勻
Mix the sifted flour, black sesame powder and organic cane sugar

2)加入玉米油拌勻,再倒入牛奶揉成不粘手的麵團
Add corn oil and mix well, add milk and knead until to a non-stick dough

3)把麵團桿平 (約0.3cm),用保鮮紙包起來放入冰箱冷藏30分鐘
Flatten the dough (approximate 0.3cm), wrap it with cling wrap and put into fridge for 30 mins

4)把桿平的麵團切成長條狀,做造型;同時預熱烤箱180度10分鐘
Cut the flatten dough into sticks, shape it; preheat the oven at 180 degree for 10 mins

5)把烤盤放入預熱烤箱,烤180度20~30分鐘即可
Put the bake tray into preheated oven, bake at 180 degree for 20~30 mins and done.

這幾個禮拜侒侒長牙很不舒服
什麼都不肯吃
一直要咬東西
尤其這幾天最嚴重
昨晚我根本不能睡好 🐼

所以就想到要做磨牙棒
這個磨牙棒很簡單
很快就可以弄好哦
不過因為黑黑的 有一點點烤過頭了 😅
不過還是蠻好吃哦
口感是外硬內脆


低粉+黑芝麻粉+有機蔗糖拌勻
Mix the cake flour+black sesame
powder+organic cane sugar

加入玉米油稍微攪拌
Add corn oil and mix well


加入牛奶揉成不粘手的麵團
Add milk and knead until
to a non-stick dough

桿平後包保鮮膜,放入冰箱
冷藏30分鐘
Flatten the dough and wrap with cling wrap,
put into fridge for 30 mins

切成長條狀,做造型
Cut the dough and shape into sticks 

放入預熱烤箱,烤180度20~30分鐘即可
Put into preheated oven, bake at 180 degree for 20~30 mins.

完成
Done
