Potato Cake with Egg

今日午餐 - 馬鈴薯蛋餅

材料:
雞蛋 Egg
馬鈴薯 Potato
胡蘿蔔 Carrot
花椰菜 Broccoli
蒜米 Minced Garlic
橄欖油 Olive Oil

1)熱鍋,加入少許橄欖油和蒜米翻炒只有香味
Heat pan, pour a little bit of olive oil and minced garlic, stir fry until fragrant

2)加入胡蘿蔔和馬鈴薯翻炒一下
Add carrot and potato stir fry for a while

3)加入適量的水,轉小火,蓋鍋燜至收汁
Add water, switch to low heat, cover the pan and simmer until dry

4)加入花椰菜翻炒1分鐘, 熄火
Add broccoli stir fry for 1 min, switch off the heat

5)把炒好的材料倒入已打散的蛋液裡拌勻
Add the fried ingredients into beaten egg, mix well

6)置入不粘鍋用小火煎至兩面金黃色即可
Pour the ingredients to non-stick pan, fry with low heat until both side golden and ready to serve.

侒侒今天21個月了!
本來我想要做西班牙烘餅給侒侒吃
但是因材料的不足
最後變成像炒蘿蔔糕的馬鈴薯蛋餅了 



翻炒蒜米
Stir fry minced garlic

加入胡蘿蔔和馬鈴薯翻炒均勻
Stir fry carrot and potato

加入適量的水蓋鍋燜至收汁
Add water, cover the pan,
simmer until dry

加入花椰菜翻炒
Stir fry broccoli 

把炒好的材料倒入蛋液拌勻
Add the fried ingredients into
beaten egg, mix well

置入不粘鍋內,小火煎
Put into non-stick pan,
fry with low heat

煎至兩面金黃色即可
Fry until both side golden
